You can modify your entire document, as well as the individual controls within it, using the Properties and Formatting dialog box. The Properties and Formatting dialog box contains options to perform a wide variety of tasks with your document, including the following:
Adjust the position of controls or size of the document. For details and steps, see Moving controls on documents.
Modify the look and feel of an entire document or individual controls.
Determine how the document is exported. For details and steps, see Defining which document export modes are available to users.
Create a table of contents or watermark for the document.
Hide or show document sections. For details and steps, see Hiding and displaying sections.
Enable or disable Flash Mode. For steps, see Report Services preferences.
Select a widget to use for a specific Grid/Graph. For details and steps, see Turning a Grid/Graph into a widget.

The Properties and Formatting dialog box can be accessed in several ways. Choose the method that suits the tasks you want to perform in your document:
Open the document to be formatted.
Right-click the control to format and select Properties and Formatting. The Properties and Formatting dialog box opens.
Open the document to be formatted.
From the Format tab, select Properties and Formatting. The Properties and Formatting dialog box opens.
