The options on the Formats tab of the Report Options dialog box include the following:
Available Export Modes: Determine the formats in which the report can be exported. For details on each option, see Defining which report export modes are available to users.
Excel with plain text: The report can be exported to Microsoft Excel in a plain text format.
CSV file format: The report can be exported in a CSV (comma separated value) format.
Excel with formatting: The report can be exported to Microsoft Excel while retaining its MicroStrategy formatting.
HTML: The report can be exported to an HTML file.
Plain text: The report can be exported in a plain text format.
PDF: The report can be exported to PDF.
Run by default as: Select the format or mode in which the report is run by default. For details on each option, see Determine the format or mode in which a report is run.
View: The report is opened in Express Mode by default.
Excel with plain text: The report is opened in Microsoft Excel with a plain text format, by default.
CSV file format: The report is opened in a CSV (comma separated value) format, by default.
Excel with formatting: The report is opened in Microsoft Excel and retains its MicroStrategy formatting, by default.
HTML: The report is opened in an HTML file, by default.
Plain text: The report is opened in a plain text format, by default.
PDF: The report is opened as a PDF file, by default.
