You can quickly switch a Grid/Graph on a document between Graph view and Grid view, with a click of a button. This Quick Switch option is ideal for dashboard documents, which are generally smaller and less data-intense than other types of documents.
Quick Switch is available in Editable, Interactive, Express, and Flash modes. If you use Quick Switch to change to a grid or graph view, the most recent view that was displayed is used when you export the document to Excel or view it as a PDF.
Click on the Grid/Graph to display the Quick Switch button. The button is located at the top of the grid or graph report, as shown below.
