You can view a variety of information about a report or document in your project. For example, depending on the report or document, you can view the following information:
Name and description of the report or document.
Owner of the report or document.
Time the report was last modified and when the report was last run.
Objects displayed on the report or document.
Filter details of the report. For more information, see Filtering data and viewing report filtering information.
SQL statement of the report or document.
Total number of rows and columns on the report or document.
Intelligence Server on which the report or document resides.
Report, document, and job ID.
Status of the report or document.
Descriptions of the attributes, custom groups, and consolidations on the report or document, and descriptions and definitions of the metrics.
Click the name of a report or document to execute it.
From the Tools menu, select Report Details Page or Document Details Page. The Report Details or Document Details page opens.
Click Show Advanced Details to see additional details such as the number of columns and rows and the status of the report.
To return to the report, click the Back button or click the name of the report at the top of the page.
To view the filter and report details of a report, follow the steps in the procedure below.
Click the name of a report to execute it.
From the Tools menu, select Report Details. The Report Details pane is displayed.
To hide the filter and report details, from the Tools menu, select Report Details.
