Using the All Objects window

The All Objects window provides a place to search for, locate, and select objects that are part of the project. This window is a primary tool when creating or modifying reports or independent report objects.

To access the All Objects window

Open a report in Design Mode. The Report Objects window appears to the left of the report. Click the All Objects box to the lower left.

• Object Name drop-down list: This list allows you to browse to the object or object folder in which you would like to work. If you want to add an attribute to your report, then you can browse to the attributes link.

• Tree : You can click this icon to change the way that the objects in the All Objects window are displayed.

• Find: Type the name of the object or object folder that you want to find. Click the icon to locate it.

• All Objects window: This window contains all of the objects in your project that you can use in creating and modifying a report.
