To check your subscriptions and scheduled deliveries, click the My Subscriptions link at the top of any page. The subscriptions page lists each report and document to which you are subscribed. You can click the icon next to the report or document name to view the most recent results. Each row of the subscriptions list indicates whether the report or document is personalized with your prompt responses, and its schedule or the event triggering execution. The scheduled deliveries also list the email address, file location, or printer to which the message will be sent.
To have reports and documents delivered to a network folder, mobile device, printer, or to have the report or document delivered in an email, you must own the MicroStrategy Distribution Services product.
To have a report or document sent to your mobile device, you must own the MicroStrategy Mobile product.
Mobile users must have the Web Scheduled Reports privilege as well as the Use MicroStrategy Mobile privilege.
At the top of any page, click My Subscriptions. The Subscriptions page opens and displays a list of your subscriptions.
To unsubscribe a report or document, select the check box in the Unsubscribe column and then click Unsubscribe.
To change the settings for a subscription, click the Edit icon for the subscription. The Subscription page for that subscription opens.
From the Subscription page, select the options that you want to specify. For a list of the options available for a subscription, see the topic for the subscription type you want to edit:
Scheduling a report or document to be sent to your History List folder
Scheduling a report or document to be sent to a mobile device
Scheduling a report or document to be sent to a network folder

Click OK. Your changes are saved.
Users with appropriate privileges can set up alert-based subscriptions, for a report or document to be sent automatically when a specific threshold condition is met. For details and steps, see the Basic Reporting Guide.
