When you export a document that contains page-bys or multiple layouts to a PDF or Excel spreadsheet, the Export dialog box opens. The Export dialog box allows you to specify whether to export the current page by or layout or all page-bys or layouts. The Export dialog box contains the following options:
Export: Specify which layouts to export. This option is only displayed when exporting a multi-layout document. For more information about multi-layout documents, see About multi-layout documents.
All layouts: Select this option to export all layouts in the document
Current layout: Select this option to only export the layout that is currently displayed
Expand Page-by: Specifies whether to export only the currently displayed page, or all of the pages of the document. This option is only displayed when exporting a document with items in the page-by. For more information, see About using page-by on a document.
Clear the Expand page-by check box to export only the currently displayed page.
Select the Expand page-by check box to export all of the pages.
