If you no longer want to group by a particular field, you can delete it. This action also removes the corresponding header and footer sections including their entire contents such as text fields, lines, rectangles, images, and so on.
Open the document in Design or Editable Mode.
If a group has not been defined, group the records. For more information about grouping records, see Grouping records in a document.
If the Grouping panel is not displayed, from the Tools menu, select Grouping. The Grouping panel, labeled as Grouping, opens above the Layout area.
In the Grouping panel, do one of the following:
Drag and drop the grouping item to Dataset Objects or click the Remove icon next to the grouping item. The Remove icon is only displayed when the Pivot Buttons option is selected from the Tools menu.
Right-click the grouping item and select Remove.
