When you export a document that contains a Grid/Graph to Excel, sometimes the data can be too long to fit inside an Excel cell. The text wraps within the cell, but the row is too short and cuts off the text. If this occurs, you can allow Excel to dynamically and automatically resize rows, so that they are tall enough to display the full text.
By default, all rows are the same height, to conserve the same layout that you created in the document. Steps are below to allow Excel to automatically change the row height for Grid/Graphs in a document section.
Open the document in Design Mode.
In the Layout area, select the document section to modify.
From the Format menu, select Properties and Formatting. The Properties and Formatting dialog box opens.
From the left, click Layout.
Select the Automatically fit rows check box.
Click OK to apply changes and return to the document.
